Shipping & Delivery:

At Current Reserve Systems LLC, we partner directly with the manufacturers to ensure you receive the most current hardware directly from their logistics centers. 

- Processing: Most orders are transmitted to our partners within 24 hours.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number as soon as the manufacturer dispatches your     unit.
- Delivery: Items are shipped via insured ground freight to ensure safe arrival of sensitive   electrical components.

 

Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

Current Reserve Systems LLC offers nationwide shipping across the United States. Due to the weight and technical nature of EV charging hardware, most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via insured ground freight. Tracking information will be provided immediately upon dispatch.

Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your energy infrastructure. You may return unopened, resaleable hardware within 30 days of delivery. 

Please Note: 
- Because units like the Wallbox Quasar 2 and Tesla Wall Connector are heavy-duty electrical components, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the unit is found to be defective upon arrival. 
- Units that have been installed or have had the factory seal broken are not eligible for return due to safety and electrical liability regulations.
